Follow these steps to complete your booking:

Send the request
Fill in our form to start the booking.

Confirm the date
We will contact you to confirm availability for the date of your event.
- Step 3
Send your ID
Send a copy of your ID card on WhatsApp to +(373)-69-962-499, or by email.
- Step 1
Get the contract
You will get the contract to sign and the pro forma invoice for the deposit.
- Step 2
Complete the booking
Sign and send the contract, pay the deposit, and we will contact you to personalise and finalise the details.

Follow these instructions for a smooth experience:

Greeting message
Please send us a recording in .mp3 format no later than 3 days before the event, and we will add it as the greeting message. It's easy: just send a WhatsApp voice message (for example: "Welcome to the party, dear ones! Please say your name and then your favourite number, right after the beep! 🙂 See you soon at the bar!").

Printed instructions
The equipment comes with a printed note of short instructions that anyone can follow, like the image above.
- Step 3
Dedicated spot
As the event organisers, we need you to provide a dedicated spot for the audio guestbook.
